Simple egg bhurji recipe (କେମିତି କରିବେ ଅଣ୍ଡା ଭୂଜିଆ)

Egg bhuriji is one of the most easiest recipe.Egg is the perfect protein source for the body.So here is the simple making procedure of egg bhurji/Anda bhurji...

Eggs: 8
Chopped onion: 2
Chopped Green chill: 2
Chopped Tomato: 1
Turmeric powder: ½ tsp
Black pepper: ½ tsp
Few coriander leaves
Mustard Oil: 5 tsp
Salt as required

  • Break the all egg on bowl
  • Add salt, turmeric powder & mix it.
  • Add oil to a pan, add onion, tomato, green chill , coriander leaves & fry until golden
  • Then pour the egg in pan. Wait 1 min
  • Then stir it until egg becomes to bhurji
  • Now add black pepper & mix it

Your Egg Bhurji ready.......
