Make DAHI BHINDI

Ingredients

225 g Bhindi

2 tbsp oil

1 small root ginger chopped

1 tsp turmeric powder

salt as taste

2-3 tbsp water

300 ml yogurt

1/2 tsp chili powder

2 tbsp grated coconut

1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
Cooking Directions


Cut the tops off the bhindi and have length-way. 

Heat the oil in pan,

add the bhindi fry for 5 min.

Add ginger,turmeric powder and salt to taste.

Stir well.

Add the water,cover and cook for 10 min until the bhindi is tender.



Add the yogurt ,grated coconut ,chopped coriander leaves mix it together.

Stir well and serve.
