GOBI FRY

Ingredients

500 ml oil

1 tbsp cumin seeds

1 sliced onion

450 g gobi

100 g frozen matter(Peas)

100 g carrots,cut into small piece

1 tbsp coriander powder

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp chili powder

salt

3 spring coriander leaves for garnish

Cooking Directions


Heat the oil in pan,

add cumin seeds and fry until the crackle. 

add the onion and fry until browned.

Reduced the heat and carefully add the other vegetable.

Cover and cook the vegetable in their own juices over a low heat for 30-40 minutes until they are tender and most of the liquid has evaporated.

A few minutes before serving,sprinkle the fresh coriander over the vegetables.

Serve hot
