MIX Vegetable Curry Resturant Style

Ingredients
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp fennel seeds
2 sliced onions
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chili powder
2 tsp root ginger
2 cloves garlic
1 small brinjal,thinly sliced
1 potato sliced
1 carrot sliced
400 g tomatoes
2 green chili chopped
50 g frozen mater(peas)
Salt








    Cooking Directions

    >>Heat the oil,

    >>stir in the fennel seeds and cook for 1 min,

    >>stirring constantly.

    >>add onions and cook for 5 min until brown.
    >>Lower the heat,add all the spices and cook,
    >>stirring for 1 min.Add the ginger,garlic,brinjal and potato,
    >>mix well and cook for 15 min.
    >>Add the carrot and tomato and salt to taste.Bring slowly to the boil.

    >>Stir in the mater and cook for 3 min.serve hot.
