Simple Mater paneer

Ingredients

100 g ghee

450 g paneer

1 sliced onion

1 tsp ground ginger

1/2 tsp cumin powder

1/2 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp salt

450 g frozen mater(peas)

2 chopped tomatoes
Cooking Directions


Melt the ghee in frying pan,

add the paneer and fry until browned on all sides.

Remove paneer from pan.



Add the sliced onion to the frying pan and fry gently for 4-5 min.

Add the ginger,cumin,chili powder and salt fry for another 3 min,

add matar and tomatoes and stir gently until matar coated with the spice mixture.

Add paneer and stir with mixture.

Matar paneer is ready.
