Making of Suji barfi

Ingredients

50 g Semolina(Suji)

100 g  Sugar 

450 ml Milk

50 g Butter

10  Cardmoms

75 g tosted Almond

    Cooking Directions

    Place the semolina and sugar in a Pan,

    Stair in the milk gradually until smooth.

    Add the Butter in small pieces.

    Bring to the boil,stirring,then simmer for 3-4 minutes,until thickened.

    Add the crushed cardamom and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.

    Spread on buttered plate or dish to a thickness of 1 to 1.5 cm.

    Leave until cold and then decorated with the almonds.

    Cut into slices ,Serve cold
