Chaul bara || Rice wada || Chawal wada recipe|| Chaulbara recipe

Ingredients

200 g rice

50 g white gram

20 g besan

½ tsp of ajwain

A pinch of baking soda

Oil to fry
 
Salt as required


 
Cooking Directions


First soak the rice & white gram 8-12 hours.

Then wash it & grind the rice & white gram separately.

Take a bowl add grinded rice, white gram, besan, ajwain, baking soda and lastly add salt as required.

Then mix it properly to make proper batter.

Heat the oil in a pan.

Take small quantity of batter then flatten in your palm in shape a small balls.

Fry these small balls in oil till light brown.

Now rice wada is ready.

serve it with tamarind chutney, tomato ketchup, samber etc.
