500 g Jaggery (Guda)
250 g Ghee
Salt to taste

Ingredients
500 g Jaggery (Guda)
250 g Ghee
Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
Soak the raw rice in water about 24
hr.
After that wash it and drain all the water.
Keep the rice to dry for 5 min.
Then grind it and make rice powder.
Heat the pan, add Jaggery to pan and make it
syrup.
Slowly add rice powder
to the syrup and stir continuously to form a batter.
Take small quantity of
batter.
Then flatten the same
with the help of your palms in the shape of small puri.
Heat the ghee in a pan,
fry the small puries in ghee till they become golden brown.
Now your Guda Arisa is
ready and serve hot.
