Chhena Poda is a traditional dessert from Odisha. Chhena poda means Roasted Cheese.

Ingredients
150 gm Cheese Curd /Paneer (Chena)
100 gm Sugar
4 pcs. Cardamom
50 gm Ghee
50 gm Semolina
½ tsp Baking Powder
Cooking Directions
- Add Cheese curd, Semolina and baking powder in a cooking pot.
- Mix it finely like dough.
- Then add sugar, ghee and cardamom.
- Mix it well.
- Spread ghee in oven pan add the mixture in it.
- Cook for 30 min.
