Ingredients
800 g boneless chicken
4 middle size onion
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 capsicum
1 tsp sugar
3 tsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp chili sauce
3 tsp soya sauce
3/4 tsp corn flour
1/2 vinegar
Oil to fry
Coriander leaves to garnish
Salt at required
Cooking Directions
- First clean the chicken and keep aside.
- Chop the onions and slit the green chilies.
- Then cut the capsicum.
- Make a paste with 2 tsp cornflour and water.
- Then add half the ginger, garlic paste, 1/2 tsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Marinate the chicken for 20 minutes.
- Heat the oil and deep fry the chicken piece and keep it aside.
- Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan.
- Add the onions and green chilies ,Saute until the onions are brown.
- Add the rest of the ginger, garlic paste and fry.
- Then add the chicken, soya sauce, vinegar, ketchup, sugar, salt and pepper.
- Mix 1 tsp of the cornflour with water and add it to the chicken.
- Mix well. Boil till it thickens.
- Garnish the dish with coriander leaves.
