Chenna Rasabali (ଛେନା ରସାବଳୀ) -How to Prepare in Home (Full recipe)

Kendrapada is famous for this delicious sweets Rasabali. Learn how to prepare this at home. 

750 gm Chenna
1 ltr Milk
100 gm Maida
500 gm Refine oil
50 gm Milk powder
200 gm Sugar
5 gm Elaichi
Cooking Directions
  • Soak water from chenna
  • Boil the milk very well and mix the sugar in it.
  • Now mix maida in chenna and knead it.
  • Add some salt and milk powder in it.
  • When the dough is soft, roll out like Roti.
  • Then cut it in small pieces with the help of glass face.
  • Now heat refine oil in pan and fry this.
  • After frying put it in milk and leave it to be soft.
  • Sprinkle Elaichi powder and enjoy Chenna Rasabali eating .
