Ingredients
750 gm Chenna
1 ltr Milk
100 gm Maida
500 gm Refine oil
50 gm Milk powder
200 gm Sugar
5 gm Elaichi
Cooking Directions
- Soak water from chenna
- Boil the milk very well and mix the sugar in it.
- Now mix maida in chenna and knead it.
- Add some salt and milk powder in it.
- When the dough is soft, roll out like Roti.
- Then cut it in small pieces with the help of glass face.
- Now heat refine oil in pan and fry this.
- After frying put it in milk and leave it to be soft.
- Sprinkle Elaichi powder and enjoy Chenna Rasabali eating .
