250gm Palua(Arrowroot)
100gm Potato
2 medium size Onion
2tsp Panch Phoron
2 pc Dry red Chili
1tsp Turmeric
3tsp Mustard oil
Salt as required
Procedure
- Peel the skin of Palua and wash in water.
- Then cut the Palua,potato and onion.
- Heat the Pan,add oil in pan.
- Then add dry red chili in pan and fry it
- Then add panch phoron and onion in it,mix it and fry for 2 min .
- Now add palua and potato in to the pan.Mix it well.
- Then add turmeric and salt and mix it.
- close the idle and leave it for 10 min.
- Now you Palua bhaja is ready.
- Serve it with Rice and Chapati.
