Organic Mati handi Mutton

1kg Mutton
300gm Onion
50gm Ginger
50gm Garlic
2pc Cardamom
1pc Black Cardamom
2pc Dry chill
1/2tsp Black pepper
1tsp Coriander 
1tsp Cumin
1tsp fennel seeds
1tsp Garam masala
2 big Chopped Tomato
200ml mustard oil
Some Coriander leaves

>Mix turmeric and salt in mutton leaving it half an hour to be marinate.
>Make dry powder using grinder with(cardamom, black cardamom, dry pepper, black pepper, coriander, cumin, fennel seeds).Also make Ginger-Garlic paste.
>Heat the pan,add mustard oil in pan.
>Now Add chopped onion in it and fry till golden brown.
>Then add chopped tomato and mix it well.
>After mix, add Chill powder,Turmeric powder and mix it .
>Now add Ginger garlic Paste,some water and cook for 5 min.
>Then add grinded powder,meat masala and salt as required.
>Now add Mutton in it mix it with the fried masala.
>Add 2 cup water in it and cook for half an hour.
>Now add garam masala and garnish with coriander leaf.
